Ingredients:

2 x Bananas

1 cup oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

A pinch of Salt

1/4 cup of chopped Loving Earth dark chocolate or Sultanas

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 C. Mash bananas until they are quite smooth (I used a nutra bullet). Add in oats and chia seeds. You want the chia seeds to become glutenous so that the biscuits stick together when you cook them. The consistency should be still quite moist but you're able to shape and handle your biscuits without it being too sticky.

Add in Sultanas/ Chocolate, I split the mixture in half and made half sultana and half chocolate.

Place spoonfuls onto your tray and shape to your liking. I squashed mine down after rolling them into balls

Cook for 20 minutes or until they become a nice golden brown.
