We have a huge array of herbs and spices with over 80 available. We also have a large range of Screaming Seeds spice mixes.
Flour
If you’re handy in the baking department, we have an amazing range of flours for you to dabble with including wheat and wheat free flours such as wholemeal or unbleached bakers, spelt and rye flour as well as almond meal/flour, besan (chickpea), buckwheat, coconut, maize, rice, sorghum and tapioca flours
Grains and cereals
Whether you like something pre mixed or you prefer to create your own we have your cereals and grains sorted including barley, rice, burghal, cous cous, polenta, popping corn, spelt grain and wheat grain. We have 5 of the most popular Adelia muesli and granola mixes including the gluten-free muesli, apricot and vanilla muesli, gluten-free nut and chia granola, the paleo mix and the keto granola, we also stock amaranth, buckwheat puffs, rice puffs, rolled oats, quinoa flakes, oat bran, oat meal and oat bran straws.
Chocolate products
For the sweet tooth and the sweet baker we have cacao butter, cacao powder, chocolate drops, Loving Earth 85% dark chocolate, Loving Earth Cashew mylk chocolate, carob powder, Loving earth caramel filled eggs, cacao nibs, chocolate coated pumpkin seeds, walnuts, licorice and almonds. We also have a range of Loving Earth chocolate, Gorge chocolate, Audley and Hall and Tony Chocolonely.
Refridgerated Items
Boasting four fridges packed full of goodies, a large selection of cheeses, dips, tofu and tempeh, kimchi, sauerkraut and other fermented products. We also have a bacon, ham and sausages from Barongarook Pork and organic milk from Schulz Organic dairy.
Bread
We have bread arriving everyday from Irrewarra sourdough, we also have sourdough bread coming from Zeally Bay Organic bakery and gluten free bread from Otway Artisan and GF Precinct.
Soaps and Detergents
Refillable soaps and detergents are a huge saver for single-use plastic we stock laundry and dishwashing powder, laundry and dishwashing liquid, shampoo and conditioner, floor cleaner, disinfectant, hand wash, body wash and castile soap.
Legumes and Seeds
Our dried legumes and seeds are amazing for a zero waste pantry, just to name a few we have black eye, cannellini, lima, mung, kidney, soya and navy beans, black, green and red lentils, flax, poppy, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
