About Us — Our Story

Jo’s Pantry began in June 2014, founded by Jo De Lorenzo to bring better-quality, health-conscious food to Colac. In March 2025 ownership passed to Liz, Patrick, Emily & Alistair — carrying forward the same vision: to make organic, sustainable, wholesome food accessible to the local community and beyond.

We believe you are what you eat — and we’re committed to offering food that’s kind to your body and the environment. We source produce from as locally as possible, emphasising freshness, nutrition and sustainability.
