A health food shop that has a dedicated team who all have a keen interest in human health, the environment and sustainability and a mad passion for good food.

Jo started up her business in June 2014. She saw a need for a health food store in Colac. For Jo, shopping at a health food store was the way she shopped as the mega supermarkets didn’t have the quality food that she wanted to feed her family with. The business has been a success with a number people in the community who have a similar outlook when it comes to food. 

We have sourced food from all over, but mainly aim to provide organic and local produce. For the interest of our health as well as that fresher more nutritious taste.
