Mental Balls

Ingredients:

1 can brown lentils

1 tomato

6 button mushrooms

fresh chopped coriander

fresh chopped basil

fresh chopped parsley

3/4 cup almond meal

2 tabs nutritional yeast

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp chilli flakes

1 egg

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 degs Celsius.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll the mixture into small meatball sized balls. Place evenly onto a tray.

Cook for 26 minutes, turning your balls after 13 minutes.

Serve with tomato relish and vegetables.
